The J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Case Competition (“JPMIBCC”) puts you right in the middle of the action. Through a hypothetical case study, you'll find out what it takes to work as an Analyst in Investment Banking.

Competing in a team of 2-4, participants will provide a well-considered recommendation to a panel of judges from the Investment Banking Team. Top-performing teams will present in a Semi Final Round on 16 September and Final Round on 23 September to J.P Morgan bankers, with Q&A sessions to follow presentations. Finalists will receive feedback prior to the presentation.

Winning Prize

Winners of the JPMIBCC will be prioritized for final round interviews in our winter internship - 2027 Investment Banking Empowering Leaders Development Program -  held in one of our Australian offices. (Winners will still need to formally apply for the role and meet the eligibility criteria and minimum requirements of the role to be considered for an internship).

Eligibility

Students enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s Degree Program in their pre-penultimate year graduating between May and December 2028 from universities located in Australia.

As the winners of the competition will be prioritized for final round interviews for an internship requiring the right to work, students must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of the registration.
