As a Full Time Analyst in MLDP, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts to help define and manage our brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement.You will collaborate with our partners to produce marketing and promotional materials, oversee external vendors and agencies, measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and perform with excellence and a risk and controls mindset to ensure error-free executions.  

 

MLDP starts with hands-on training, followed by three eight-month long rotations across our lines of business and corporate marketing team. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, professional skills, and experiences as you take on reach rotation. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support you in identifying your next role, as you build your career within the Marketing organization at JPMorganChase.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Gain broad exposure through structured rotations, building foundational marketing, analytical, and business skills across different teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to research ideas, draft content, and brainstorm campaigns—continuously exploring how technology can improve marketing strategies, customer insights, and storytelling

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • A well-rounded academic background
  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated interest in Marketing as depicted by relevant course work, prior roles, or leadership in a school or community organization
  • Ability to thrive and manage multiple projects in a collaborative fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to effectively tailor marketing strategies 

  • Ability to think creatively in order to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to understand market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance

  • Strong research skills with the ability to conduct marketing research and gather insights about competitors, target audiences, and industry trends 

  • Knowledge of AI and evolving marketing technologies, with the ability to apply AIdriven tools to uncover insights, personalize customer experiences, and support smarter marketing decisions.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0

  • Foundational experience with digital marketing platforms, with interest in using technology to enhance content, insights, and marketing execution.

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to analyze consumer data, generate insights, and improve marketing decisions — with curiosity-driven, builder mindset and commitment to responsible AI use.
