Help corporate customers unlock growth through Supply Chain Finance

As organisations increasingly look to optimise working capital, strengthen supplier and buyer relationships, and improve liquidity, Supply Chain Finance (SCF) has become a critical strategic tool. At FIS, we help corporate customers maximise the value of their working capital programmes through innovative financing solutions powered by the Demica platform.

Our Supply Chain Finance offering spans both Payables Finance (Supplier Finance) and Receivables Finance solutions, enabling organisations to optimise cash flow across the entire order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycle.

We're looking for an Account Manager to drive growth, deepen customer relationships and maximise the value delivered across our corporate customer base. This role will provide dedicated coverage for corporate customers, ensuring opportunities for expansion, retention and customer success are fully realised, with a particular focus on the growth of payables and receivables finance programmes.

The impact you'll have

As an Account Manager, you'll build trusted customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and help corporate customers maximise the value of their working capital strategy through both receivables finance and payables finance solutions.

You'll:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate customers.

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing programmes and introduce additional working capital solutions, including receivables finance, supplier finance and adjacent financing structures.

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across treasury, finance, procurement, accounts receivable, working capital and supply chain functions.

  • Partner with customers to understand strategic priorities around liquidity, cash flow optimisation and balance sheet efficiency.

  • Develop and execute account plans focused on customer growth, adoption and long-term success.

  • Serve as a customer advocate by providing market feedback and customer insights to internal teams.

  • Influence how customers approach working capital optimisation, receivables strategy, supplier engagement and Supply Chain Finance programmes.

Your success will be measured through revenue growth, customer retention, programme expansion, receivables finance adoption, customer engagement and long-term value creation.
