Staff / Senior Staff – AI-Enabled Technology Advisory

India

Role Overview

Crowe’s Technology Advisory practice is seeking a hands-on AI-enabled technology advisory professional to join our India-based team and support U.S.-based consulting teams.

This role is designed for someone who actively works in AI tools throughout the day and enjoys building, testing, refining, and documenting better ways of working. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with practical AI fluency to support client engagements and build reusable workflows for research, file analysis, synthesis, writing, presentation development, and knowledge management.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform. They should be able to write and refine prompts and Claude skills, compare alternative approaches, test output quality, and improve workflows until they produce reliable, professional results.

This is not a data science, machine learning, or purely technical development role. It is a hands-on advisory and delivery role focused on improving the speed, quality, and consistency of consulting work.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI-Enabled Delivery Workflows

• Create and maintain reusable AI workflows for research, document review, file analysis, synthesis, writing, and presentation development
• Write and refine Claude skills, system instructions, prompts, custom assistants, and workflow templates
• Build structured processes for analyzing interview notes, client files, data rooms, requirements, prior deliverables, and other source materials
• Define clear inputs, outputs, validation steps, and human-review checkpoints
• Convert repeatable consulting activities into documented workflows
• Maintain and improve existing workflows as tools and models change

Test and Refine AI Outputs

• Compare AI tools, models, prompts, context approaches, and workflow designs
• Conduct structured A/B testing using defined evaluation criteria
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, consistency, insight, and usability
• Document test results, version history, lessons learned, and recommended approaches
• Identify gaps, errors, unsupported conclusions, and weak analysis in AI-generated content
• Continue refining solutions rather than accepting the first usable output

Perform Analysis and Develop Deliverables

• Review and synthesize information from documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interview notes, and other source materials
• Identify key themes, risks, findings, inconsistencies, and implications
• Support development of clear conclusions and practical recommendations
• Create well-structured written deliverables and professional PowerPoint presentations
• Support Excel-based analysis, cost estimates, and financial models
• Validate AI-generated content against source materials before it is used
• Apply judgment to determine whether an output is accurate, clear, and decision-useful

Build Knowledge and Content Systems

• Organize prompts, skills, workflows, templates, evaluations, and guidance in Notion or similar platforms
• Develop structured data and knowledge systems that organize source materials, findings, and reusable content
• Support content organization across Notion, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365
• Maintain clear documentation, version history, and usage instructions
• Create quick-reference guides and supporting materials that allow others to reuse workflows

Support Enterprise Tools and Automation

• Explore how AI workflows can operate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and related tools
• Build or support simple low-code automations and multi-tool workflows
• Use scripting, APIs, MCP, structured data, or AI-assisted coding where appropriate
• Help design processes for moving, reviewing, analyzing, and storing files
• Support approved content access, permissions, confidentiality, and governance requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams when advanced development or integration support is needed

Support Consulting Engagements

• Work with U.S.-based and India-based team members to understand delivery needs
• Support IT Due Diligence, IT Assessment, integration, ERP advisory, and related engagements
• Review and synthesize client data and technical materials
• Assist in building findings, recommendations, presentations, cost estimates, and other deliverables
• Independently manage defined workstreams and deliverables
• Collaborate effectively across time zones and communicate progress clearly
• Build working knowledge across areas such as enterprise applications, data and reporting, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations
• Develop deeper knowledge in one or more technology domains over time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience using generative AI tools for professional work
• Demonstrated experience building and refining prompts, reusable assistants, workflows, or automations
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to review multiple sources and synthesize information into clear findings
• Strong written communication and PowerPoint development skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to support analysis and modeling
• Ability to execute against clear direction and independently work through open-ended problems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organizational, documentation, and task-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones
• Ability to identify unsupported conclusions or quality issues in AI-generated content

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Notion, or similar tools
• Experience creating Claude skills, custom GPTs, project instructions, reusable agents, or prompt libraries
• Experience conducting structured A/B testing or comparing alternative workflow approaches
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Copilot Studio
• Familiarity with APIs, MCP, scripting, structured data, schema design, low-code development, or AI-assisted coding
• Experience with document analysis, enterprise search, or knowledge management
• Familiarity with consulting, professional services, technology advisory, ERP, due diligence, integration, or business transformation
• Working knowledge in one or more IT domains, such as enterprise systems, data and reporting, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT operations
• Experience supporting U.S.-based or global teams

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will:

• Understand the practice’s core workflows, deliverables, and quality standards
• Build and document reusable AI-enabled workflows
• Create and refine prompts, Claude skills, or reusable AI instructions
• Conduct structured tests comparing prompts, tools, models, or workflow approaches
• Produce accurate written analysis, Excel-based support, and professional PowerPoint output
• Organize prompts, workflows, evaluation results, and guidance in Notion or another knowledge platform
• Support an initial use case involving SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform
• Contribute effectively to consulting workstreams and client deliverables
• Incorporate feedback from senior team members and continuously improve the solution
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency, or output quality

What This Role Is Not

This role is not primarily focused on:

• Building machine-learning models
• Conducting academic AI research
• Traditional software engineering
• Creating AI strategy presentations without hands-on execution
• Writing prompts without evaluating the underlying analysis
• Producing PowerPoint slides without understanding the content
• Testing new tools without turning them into repeatable processes
