  • Identify, document, and communicate governance gaps, findings, and policy exceptions. Partner with appropriate owners to track remediation, escalate overdue items, and support timely resolution and closure.
  • Partner with the affiliate management team, Control Management, and key stakeholders to resolve data and documentation gaps, promote consistent program execution, and strengthen governance processes.
  • Identify, test, and implement process improvements using approved AI-enabled tools, agents, and automation to strengthen analysis, documentation, and reporting. Validate outputs and measure improvements in efficiency and accuracy, with appropriate governance and oversight.
  • Ensure governance activities are aligned with applicable enterprise and AENB policies, standards, regulatory requirements, and supervisory expectations, including Regulation W, as applicable, and the Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships: Risk Management.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, agents, or automation to support analysis, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement, with appropriate governance.
  • 2–5+ years of banking, operational risk, audit/exam management, third-party risk management, control management, and/or governance experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify gaps and trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings, risks and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and ability to follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
