GCS provides a range of Corporate Payments Solutions and other expense management tools to help small, mid, and large size companies around the world manage all facets of their business spending. 

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst will be a consultative analytics partner to sales, account development, functional and business leaders. The role combines performance intelligence with deeper B2B and accounts-payable analytics, translating complex data into clear recommendations, forward-looking actions and scalable solutions.

 

  • Deliver timely, accurate and comprehensive performance reporting and insights that enable leaders and teams to evaluate performance and take data backed decisions.
  • Create and advance data-driven strategies using aggregated accounts-payable analytics to help GCS field teams and leadership grow Goods & Services spend.
  • Develop and deploy analytical solutions by synthesizing large, complex and multi-source datasets; identify trends, predictions, triggers and opportunities.
  • Use SQL, Hive, Python, & Tableau to extract, transform, analyze and visualize data, and communicate clear, compelling data stories.
  • Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners, sales and account development teams to understand business goals, customer needs and operational challenges.
  • Deep understanding of Risk & Compliance frameworks, enabling proactive risk identification and the execution of mitigation strategies that uplift process controls and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Commerce, Statistics, Business or a related quantitative field.

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, performance reporting, visualization and data storytelling.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive and Python, including work with complex, large and multi-source datasets.

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, prioritization and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and decision-ready recommendations.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant quantitative or management discipline.

  • Experience with Tableau, Lumi, Python, SQL and advanced Microsoft Office tools.

  • Knowledge of B2B ecosystems and payments; exposure to procurement and accounts payable or receivable data.

  • Experience in dashboard creation, reporting automation, predictive analytics, advanced statistics, machine learning, LUMI or Gen AI.

  • Understanding of sales processes and Risk and Compliance frameworks.

 

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST
