Analyst Rental Operations

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
• ·Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, property management support, lease administration, customer service or a similar business process environment
• Experience in handling process-driven tasks, data accuracy, stakeholder communication and working with standard operating procedures is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and Experience in the Real Estate industry is a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience interacting with US‑based stakeholders or clients adhering to US business practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process Renewal Adjustments and Renewal Special Adjustments accurately and within defined timelines.
• Review and acknowledge Notice to Vacate requests as per established procedures.
• Generate and validate Large Balance Notices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy and update relevant systems and records.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards and (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve process-related queries and exceptions.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives
