Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the self-service banking channels, including ATMs, cash recyclers, and other self-service devices
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as vendors, CRESA, and branch personnel, to ensure the rectification of site issues, cash loading, and ATM-related problems
• Monitor and analyze site performance data, including cash levels, transaction volumes, and device uptime, to identify and address any operational inefficiencies
• Provide regular reports and updates on the performance and health of theATMs
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

Requirements

• Strong understanding of self-service banking operations, including ATM management, cash monitoring, and site monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environments

Required Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in the banking industry.
