Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's portfolio of products and services
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless client experience and timely resolution of client queries
• Actively participate in client events and networking activities to strengthen client relationships and acquire new clients
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and market trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to grow the Treasures client base and assets under management

Requirements

• Have experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Proficient in the use of relevant financial and client relationship management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service
