Job Responsibilities

Identify growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities within the Payments landscape.
Conduct data mining and quantitative analyses to uncover trends and insights.
Perform root cause analysis to develop informed solutions.
Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, including organizational changes and process optimizations.
Develop business cases, define project scope, and manage project execution/governance.
Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline activities to promote sustainable and scalable operations.
Implement enhancements to operating models and workflows to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Assess risks of new initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about the evolving Payments business, delivering end-to-end solutions.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and develop clear, persuasive outcomes.
Maintain detailed focus while considering the broader context for seamless project delivery.
Strong project management skills with the ability to mobilize stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a complex matrix organization.
Ability to multi-task and manage various projects and assignments simultaneously.
Openness to adopting new technologies to drive innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in Payments/Transaction Banking or Consulting/Project Management.
Familiarity with APAC markets and regional business practices.
Knowledge of blockchain, AI, and machine learning technologies.
Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx.
