Skills and Competencies

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, test automation, and software quality practices across the full software development lifecycle, including leading QA initiatives for enterprise-scale applications.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools, with strong proficiency in Playwright architecture and best practices.
• Strong programming and automation development skills in Java, TypeScript, and Python, with experience building reusable testing frameworks and solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerized test environments, parallel execution, and modern software delivery practices.
• Extensive knowledge of functional, integration, API, database, and performance testing, with the ability to drive quality strategy and testing excellence across complex technology ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, including leveraging AI solutions to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage AI-related risks, promote responsible AI practices, and foster ethical AI adoption across teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the quality assurance strategy for Asset Management applications and data solutions, ensuring high standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks that improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and overall product quality.
• Drive innovation in test automation through multi-threaded execution, containerized environments, and modern engineering practices to support scalable testing solutions.
• Lead functional, integration, API, database, and performance testing efforts, ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, supporting modern deployment approaches and accelerating release confidence.
• Establish and communicate quality metrics, testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations to engineering leaders, product managers, and key stakeholders.
  Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams throughout Agile development cycles to embed quality into every stage of product delivery.
  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers, champion automation best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
