As a Shareholder Services Analyst within Asset Management Client Service, you will be responsible for delivering high quality service and support to financial advisors and investors of J.P. Morgan Funds. You will participate in a thorough training program covering all service and technical aspects of mutual funds and 529 college savings plans. By being a part of one of the largest and most respected Asset Managers, you will have the opportunity to develop a challenging career in the Investment Management and Financial Services industry.

We combine market insight, disciplined risk management, and a strong stewardship culture, working closely with Sales, Investments, Technology, Legal, and Operations to enhance client experience, improve processes, and support growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Problem resolution and onboarding support for shareholder accounts
- Process trades, fulfill information requests, and create unique customer solutions
- Educate clients about JPMorgan products, retirement accounts, and education savings
- Obtain the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 120 days of start date
- Possess high energy, a great attitude and exceptional service skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent client service experience
- Industry knowledge
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
