Assistant Branch Manager - Tabernacle

Job Description: Responsible to the Branch Manager for the overall management of assigned financial office. Accountable for the achievement of maximum sales results for the assigned office. Coaches and supervises team to achieve maximum sales results. Responsible for the internal controls to ensure proper audit and dual control policy and procedures are in place within their assigned branch Responsible and Accountable for: • Manages the member service, teller and operational functions of assigned office. • Responsible for researching member inquiries to ensure increased sales, proper follow-up and continued member satisfaction. • Branch negotiable items including efficient cash management for office and ATM(s) • Branch compliance with daily and monthly audit requirements • Over all efficient staffing and scheduling of Teller resources to meet member needs • Performance management and coaching employees to achieve position goals and professional growth through the Teller Progression Program • Ensures facilities are well kept and maintained. • Travels as needed to promote Credit Union membership. • Comply with all record keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act • Comply with all policies and procedures of the credit union relative to branch operations and member transactions.
