Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Assist Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including conducting client meetings, preparing reports, and addressing inquiries
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution for clients
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
