Job Summary:
The role manages deposit and payment products. Responsibilities include product management, market research, analyzing customer needs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting product and campaign launches. The role assists Head of Deposits & Payments in maximizing product performance in terms of revenue and enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What you will be doing
Lead the development and management of the bank's deposit product portfolio.
Manage deposits and payments campaigns end-to-end.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Implement deposit solutions to enhance product offerings.
Execute competitive pricing strategies for deposit & payment products well.
Collaborate with marketing, sales channels, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
Lead deposit product procedures and governance related projects.
Mentor and guide junior team members in product development processes.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
What we are looking for
University graduate
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial industry, preferably retail assets or liabilities products; and minimum 2 years in product campaign and payment projects
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong financial acumen and experience in P & L management
Strong analytical, data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
