Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products or enhance existing ones
• Oversee business performance reporting, portfolio analytics, and management information systems
• Prepare management presentations and support strategic project execution
• Coordinate with regulatory and audit teams to ensure compliance
• Provide budgeting and forecasting support for the business
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to business planning and review processes

Requirements

• Well experienced in business management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a dynamic and competitive environment
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to support decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive project execution
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking/financial services industry
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
