About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As part of the CFS Real Assets Operations Skills Development team, you will lead the development of accounting, technical and operational capabilities across our Real Assets business through training, onboarding, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Role:

  • Lead learning needs analysis across Real Assets Operations — assess skills gaps and recommend training priorities aligned with agreed business objectives.
  • Design, own and continuously enhance the Real Assets training curriculum, learning pathways and programme standards covering Fund Accounting, SPV Accounting, systems, onboarding and operational excellence.
  • Manage the full training development lifecycle — needs analysis, content development, facilitation, feedback review, updates and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and lead delivery of advanced technical, operational and cross-functional training programmes across multiple levels and locations, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer and effective onboarding.
  • Act as liaison between Learning & Development and Accounting / Operations teams to support structured onboarding of new and newly promoted staff.
  • Support CFS RA technology and procedural initiatives by embedding best-practice operational guidance into training materials and process walkthroughs and ensuring effective user adoption.
  • Coordinate local Subject Matter Expert networks and provide functional guidance and oversight to Supervisors and SMEs supporting content development, maintenance and programme delivery.
  • Support global standardisation and operational efficiency by preparing consistent training content, process guidance and knowledge-transfer materials for global initiatives and best-practice forums.
  • Review training feedback, quality findings and recurring operational issues to identify further training needs and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain learning governance processes, success measures and training effectiveness frameworks.
  • Participate in process and system enhancement projects as required, with a focus on training, adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute operational subject matter expertise to global initiatives and best-practice forums.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Company's business needs.

About You:

  • Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline desirable; qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or working towards the designation.
  • Minimum 10 years of private and/or public accounting experience, with strong exposure to Real Assets and Fund Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of SPV accounting, real estate structures, operational processes, reporting cycles and review expectations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, leading and implementing training programmes, learning strategies and operational capability-building initiatives across multiple teams — including facilitation, onboarding, presentations and structured knowledge transfer.
  • Proven ability to establish learning priorities, evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend strategic development initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex accounting, operational and system processes into clear, practical and engaging learning materials, and to develop, enhance and maintain training and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify learning gaps, process inconsistencies and improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop employees while managing stakeholder relationships, including influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning, process or system change.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and business writing skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships across Operations teams, Subject Matter Experts, Learning & Development and leadership.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; experience with fund accounting systems (knowledge of Yardi and/or Investran an advantage) and eagerness to adopt new technologies and Citco internal platforms.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • A motivated, proactive and diligent individual with a passion for learning and developing others.
  • As part of a global team, a self-starter able to work independently, take ownership, drive initiatives and collaborate across multiple locations while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
