Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the bank's IT infrastructure, data, and systems from cyber threats
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinate incident response, and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are integrated into the bank's technology solutions and processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend appropriate security measures
• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees to foster a strong security culture

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with a strong understanding of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies and adapt to changing security landscapes
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM, are preferred
