As “Fixed Income Risk Reporting & Analytics professional” within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to scope and initiate new risk reporting or analytics to support GFICC(Global Fixed Income Currency and Commodity )portfolio risk analysis.
- Identify business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver automated solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead and coach the India-based support team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Run and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio/market risk reports for separately managed accounts and funds for portfolio managers.
- Compile risk data, perform bond analytics, and produce daily reporting using internal JPMorganChase or external tools.
- Assist with weekly management reporting, summarizing strategy attribution and key risk metrics.
- Prepare materials and discuss portfolio risk in monthly management meetings.
- Support quarterly reviews of fixed income strategy risk.
- Execute ad hoc risk projects, including stress testing, as needed.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and evolving reporting needs with urgency and accuracy.
- Participate in weekly meetings, information shares, and fund webcasts to stay aligned with stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Hold a Post Graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in financial markets and strong technical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and understanding of data flows across large databases.
- Exhibit solid understanding of fixed income products and the asset management business.
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiently.
- Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Program in Python and SQL, and build/debug advanced VBA (including Excel VBA macros).
- Deliver with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Show delivery focus with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and resource management skills.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively by multitasking and organizing time well.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Pursue FRM or CFA credentials.
- Bring prior experience with tools such as Bloomberg, Tableau, Barra One, and Risk Metrics.
