About Figure

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIGR; OPEN: FGRS) is the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale and trading of tokenized assets. More than 480 partners use its loan origination system and capital marketplace. Collectively, Figure and its partners have originated over $30 billion of loans to date, among other products. The fastest growing components are Figure Connect, its credit marketplace, and Democratized Prime, Figure’s on-chain lend-borrow marketplace. Figure’s ecosystem also includes DART (Digital Asset Registry Technology) for asset custody and lien perfection, and $YLDS, a yield-bearing stablecoin registered with the SEC as a security under the Securities Act of 1933.

Figure is the market leader in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The company has received triple-A ratings from S&P and Moody’s on multiple loan securitizations, the first of its kind for blockchain finance.

We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 50 Fintech Companies and CNBC’s World’s Top Fintech Companies.

About the Role

We're hiring a capital markets professional to drive business development across both sides of our marketplace: sourcing and structuring assets off-chain, and building investor demand on-chain. Coverage spans Figure Connect, Figure Markets, $YLDS, Home Equity, and Automobile.

The role is deliberately hybrid. Roughly half the job is external, originating and managing relationships with clients, partners, and counterparties. The other half is internal, working alongside the capital markets team on execution and on the analytical and structuring work that supports live transactions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own relationships with asset originators and sellers on the supply side; support deal sourcing through structuring and execution
  • Build and deepen investor and counterparty relationships on the demand side, including on-chain distribution channels
  • Partner with internal capital markets, product, and legal teams to move opportunities from first conversation to closed transaction
  • Serve as an internal resource on market conditions, pricing, and counterparty feedback
  • Own post-close transaction operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, and reconciliation to ensure accurate investor and originator cash flows

What We Look For

  • At least 3 years in capital markets, treasury, or structured credit (5+ preferred) at a lender, specialty finance platform, asset manager, or bank, with direct ownership of live transactions rather than support-only exposure
  • Demonstrated experience on both sides of a trade: sourcing and managing originator or seller relationships, and executing with investors and capital partners across whole loan sales, securitizations, forward flow, or warehouse and credit facilities
  • Deep credit and collateral fluency in real estate or consumer assets: residential transition, construction, DSCR, residential term, home equity, or auto; spanning underwriting guidelines, exposure limits, diligence, pricing, and valuation
  • Hands-on ownership of post-close operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, net wire calculations, and reconciliation of investor and originator cash flows
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field; CPA, CFA, or Series 7/63/65 a plus
  • Advanced Excel modeling (pivot tables, macros, XLOOKUP/SUMIFS, XNPV,PMT/IPMT) plus SQL and a BI tool such as Tableau for pool-, portfolio-, and scenario-level analysis
  • Working knowledge of, or credible appetite to learn quickly, digital asset market structure, tokenized credit, and on-chain distribution
  • Client-facing presence and commercial instinct: able to open relationships cold, negotiate terms, and present to executives, boards, and counterparties
  • Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity on a lean team, with strong cross-functional collaboration across product, legal, and finance
  • Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
  • Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

Salary

  • Base Compensation Range: $96,000 - $144,000/yr
  • 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
  • Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plans
  • Company HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, 401(k), and commuter benefits
  • Employer-paid life and disability insurance
  • 11 observed holidays and PTO plan
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid family leave
  • Continuing education reimbursement
