Associate/ Senior Officer, Business Planning & Strategic Project Manager, COO, Consumer Banking Groupnew

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and fast-learning Business Planning Project Manager to join our Consumer Banking Group (CBG). The team manages a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, with a current focus on Branch Network Optimization (Branch Rationalization), including branch renovation, procurement, and vendor coordination.

You will also gain exposure to a wide range of initiatives, such as system development, employee experience enhancement, cross-selling programs, overseas incentive programs, and sustainable finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of branch optimization projects, including renovation and equipment procurement
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress
• Assist in vendor management, including basic coordination with outsourced service providers (OSPs)
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to branch facilities management
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving day-to-day issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Consumer Banking Group
• Provide support for ad-hoc strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of working experience.
• Familiarity with branch operations/processes and ability to communicate effectively with branch stakeholders
• Quick learner with strong responsiveness and adaptability
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and communication with external vendors required)
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
