Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

 

Job Objective:

• To deliver high-quality products and services to internal and external customers in line with established service standards.
• To support the unit in adhering to risk and control guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical functions and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Section Manager.
• Answer in-scope enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Participate in project implementation.
• Execute maker or checker functions assigned by Team/Section Manager, including system input/authorization, data/information verification, document handling, application screening for compliance, document preparation, and liaison with service providers.
• Propose and execute resolutions for problems and exceptions.
• Handle and manage projects.
• Escalate any exceptions, problems, errors, or abnormal transactions identified during processing to the Team/Section Manager or Department Manager.
• Suggest improvement opportunities to the Team/Section Manager when applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned tasks.
• Achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

• Strong sense of risk and fraud control.
• Good in PC skills.
• 'A' Level or above; Degree or related Diploma preferred.
