Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients by providing personalized wealth management and financial planning solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to recommend suitable investment, insurance, and treasury products.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
• Adhere strictly to all internal policies, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver a seamless, holistic banking experience to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in financial advisory and wealth management.
• Proven track record in relationship management, financial advisory, or sales within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, including investment, insurance, and treasury solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-centric mindset.
