We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in, or a strong interest in, Structured Investment Products to join our Investment Products & Advisory (IP&A) team.

At DBS Bank, you will play a key role in driving the development, management, and commercialization of innovative investment solutions for our affluent and high-net-worth clients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business, sales, operations, risk, and external partners in a dynamic environment while contributing to the growth of our investment product platform.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
• Collaborate with Treasury & Markets, distribution channels, operations, and external product providers to ensure effective product execution and client delivery.
• Support sales and distribution teams through product positioning, promotional activities, operational guidance, and client communications.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline product processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client experience.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and relevant stakeholders to ensure products and marketing activities comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Deliver product training and market updates to frontline teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Participate in strategic system enhancement projects, including business requirement analysis, solution development, user testing, and implementation.

Our Ideal Candidates

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with exposure to investment products; experience with structured products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products, particularly structured investment solutions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, industry developments, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Professional certifications such as MBA, CFA, CFP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
