Job Description: Product Governance & Control Manager

Role Purpose: We are looking for a responsible and solutions-driven professional to lead product governance and control within the Credit Card Product Management team. This role ensures product settings, maintenance processes, controls, and documentation are accurate, well-governed, and ready for internal audit, control testing, and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage governance and control activities for credit card products, including product setup, maintenance, parameter changes, benefit rules, pricing, campaign mechanics, and system configurations.
•    Ensure all product settings and operational arrangements are accurate, properly approved, documented, tested, and aligned with approved product terms.
•    Act as the key product contact for internal audit, control testing, compliance reviews, and remediation follow-up.
•    Identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and operational risks, and drive practical solutions to strengthen governance discipline.
•    Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure product changes are implemented in a controlled and sustainable manner.
•    Support product development and enhancement projects by providing governance, control, implementation planning, and post-launch monitoring input.
•    Leverage AI tools and automation where appropriate to improve documentation quality, reduce manual workload, enhance tracking efficiency, and support control monitoring.

Requirements
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit card product management, product operations, governance, control, risk, compliance, or audit-related functions.
•    Strong understanding of credit card product operations, including product features, customer lifecycle, campaign setup, system maintenance, fulfillment logic, and servicing processes.
•    Hands-on experience in control management, internal audit responses, control testing, issue remediation, or process governance.
•    Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
•    High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail, with the discipline to follow through on issues until closure.
•    Strong problem-solving mindset, able to identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and drive improvements independently.
•    Comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency, documentation, analysis, tracking, and routine control-related tasks.
•    Good communication skills, with the ability to explain control requirements clearly and align stakeholders across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Prior experience in credit card product governance, product maintenance, control assurance, or audit coordination is preferred.
•    Experience in product development, system enhancement, change management, UAT, or post-implementation review would be an advantage.
