About the role
This role drives business management, performance governance, and executive reporting across Group IBGO. The role consolidates financial, workforce, scorecard, and strategic performance inputs to support clear management oversight and timely decision-making. The role is suited for a structured and analytical business manager who can coordinate governance cadences, manage senior stakeholder requests, and translate complex information into concise executive updates.
Responsibilities
SCM Governance and Performance Management
- Manage SCM reporting governance across FTE, financials, targets, planned & actual saves.
- Maintain data integrity across SCM trackers and reporting packs by ensuring updates are validated, documented, and aligned to agreed definitions.
- Partner with country and functional teams to track savings delivery, surface variances, and provide analytical support to identify potential opportunities and gaps, highlighting key risks or dependencies for management review.
- Prepare concise SCM performance updates for IBGO forums and act as the working-level liaison with Group Finance SCM on queries and submissions.
Executive Reporting and Management Reviews
- Prepare and support the development of Group IBGO presentations, strategy updates, and executive materials for senior management reviews.
- Connect inputs from multiple IBGO teams into coherent management narratives, highlighting key messages, performance themes, risks, opportunities, and decisions required.
- Coordinate agenda planning and materials for regular management meetings, ensuring discussions are focused, timely, and aligned to business priorities.
- Set up, coordinate, and facilitate ad hoc senior management reviews, including CEO business reviews, and other strategic forums.
- Support action tracking from executive forums by capturing decisions, converting them into clear follow-ups, assigning owners where applicable, and tracking closure across stakeholders.
Scorecard Governance and Performance Management
- Facilitate and manage scorecard governance, including scorecard development, communications, release, progress updates, review sessions, and submissions.
- Coordinate scorecard review sessions with the Group IBGO Head and relevant stakeholders to drive accountability, transparency, and timely performance follow-through.
- Monitor progress against agreed performance priorities and ensure gaps, dependencies, and risks are surfaced early for management attention.
Delivery Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timeliness across all performance materials, analysis, and executive communications.
- Enforce version control, narrative coherence, and high standards of data accuracy across recurring and ad hoc reporting deliverables.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and sharpen insights for faster and better decisions.
- Operate with strong ownership, pace, and attention to detail, anticipating senior management needs and managing tight timelines under pressure.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with regional IBGO COO teams, Finance, Operations COO, HR, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and disciplined execution.
- Influence stakeholders across functions and locations by bringing clarity to complex issues, framing trade-offs, and supporting fact-based decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and working teams to ensure performance matters are managed proactively and consistently.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business management, strategy, finance, performance management, COO office, or related governance and reporting roles.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, workforce planning, expense governance, and performance tracking.
- Experience preparing management materials, performance updates, and executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scorecard processes, performance reviews, governance cadences, or management reporting cycles.
- Experience working across regional, cross-functional, or matrixed teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Prior exposure to operations, banking, financial services environments will be an advantage.
