Awe-inspiring Next Talent of Zurich (ANT’Z) Program is a development program targeted for freshgraduate to have access towards career development in Zurich Entity. The program offers various comprehensive development activities designed to prepare them to be future leaders in the insurance industry.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Strong Education Background

Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3.25 GPA, In any discipline

• Remarkable Personality

Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and strong sense of business

Optimistic, drive positive impacts, reliable, strong commitment for success, collaborator/team player and forward thinker

• Exceptional Communication

Fluent and confident in English, both written and spoken

• Extensive Organization Experience

Actively involved in organization or committee and shows passion in organization

• Ready for Challenges

Challenges in global exposure

Willing to be assigned to any Zurich entity and location across Indonesia
