Team Overview:
Business Development Services serves as a critical business enablement function supporting the creation, governance, maintenance, automation, and distribution of due diligence, consultant database entries and responses to requests for information/proposal from existing clients, prospects and consultants globally and across asset classes. The team collaborates with subject matter experts to create deliverables in a timely and efficient way.
Position Overview:
The Content Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization's proposal knowledge base within strategic proposal management platforms. This role partners with subject matter experts, proposal writers, product teams, compliance, and marketing to ensure reusable content is accurate, current, searchable, and optimized for AI-assisted proposal generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management
• Maintain content library within Loopio, or equivalent platforms
• Review, edit, and publish approved responses
• Create new content in line with firm best practices
• Facilitate updates to library from completed projects
• Archive outdated content
• Manage content lifecycle and expiration dates
• Apply metadata, tags, taxonomy, and categorization standards
Quality Assurance
• Ensure consistency of language and branding
• Validate factual accuracy
• Coordinate periodic content reviews with SMEs
• Track stale content and ownership
Proposal Technology
• Administer content libraries
• Configure folders, permissions, and workflows
• Support template maintenance
• Troubleshoot user issues
• Assist with platform upgrades and testing AI Content Optimization
• Structure responses for optimal AI retrieval
• Improve tagging to enhance semantic search
• Create modular, reusable content
Qualifications:
• 6–9 years in proposal management, knowledge management, or content management in asset management
• Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar platforms
• Strong editing skills
• Understanding of proposal best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
