Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate or Officer to join our Growth organization. This role is responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives in high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience engaging, converting, and managing perspective clients as well as a solid understanding of executive compensation and benefits, financial, tax, estate and risk management planning, within the wealth management industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Engage and convert high quality prospective clients (introduce through internal and external lead sources), including delivering the appropriate inbound and outbound effort
Managing on-going client relationships and expanding those relationships where appropriate
Collaborating with other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Effectively manage prospect pipeline with activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement
Track and report key business development metrics, including pipeline progress, conversion, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFP® a plus.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales and relationship management experience within financial services or wealth management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory environment.
Experience in workplace solutions and conversion process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65)
Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar credentials
Compensation Range:
$120,000-150,000
