About the Role

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Liaise and work with other teams to provide efficient and quality support to bank partners

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Support business planning process through projecting sales inflow, tracking sales metrics progress, providing input on data analytical and business update

2. Responsible for coordinating partnerships/ business meetings and meeting material, facilitate meetings and follow up on post meeting actions

3. Estimate and control departmental budget and expense, support and involve in annual strategic budget planning process

4. Build good relationship and maintain effective working relationship with broker partners’ counterparts

5. Actively participate and work closely with internal teams (marketing/ product/ operations/ digital) to work on and drive related initiatives to meet the needs of the business

6. Continuously review workflow to streamline and shorten TAT in order to uplift service level and efficiency

7. Consolidate important notes/information and manage the related library

8. Support and assist direct manager on ad-hoc assignments or projects


Minimum Job Requirements:

1. University graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience preferably with 2 years in selling life insurance. Knowledge in Universal Life is a plus

2. Well versed with numbers and data analytic

3. Literacy in powerpoint, excel and reporting

4. Good spoken and written English and Chinese

5. Good communication and presentation skills

6. Able to produce work with excellent quality and high level of accuracy

7. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and with flexibility


Others:

  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 3 and 5)
  • You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
