Job Summary: The Business Support Representative is responsible for the loan file review in order to identify exceptions noted in regulatory matters including the correction of any error in the data HMDA. In addition, this position requires the completing the guarantee process for applicable transactions. Provide operational and customer-service support by performing clerical tasks and assisting with unit-specific processes. Receive renewal policies for auto loans and update the host system daily. Complete daily recaps, reconciliations, and general ledger tasks. Handle mortgage payoffs, returns, Enter/validate new auto loans. Prepare releases for mortgage and consumer loans paid-in-full accounts. Conduct quality assurance reviews. Review and maintain expired auto insurance. Review Auto Loan System (ALS) Cash Collateral report weekly (Monday, as of Friday). Process Dealer Incentive disbursements by the 5th for the prior month. Process suspense and unposted items. Process outgoing and incoming clean collection. Initiate and set up new custody bonds/renewals while liaising with Lt Governor’s office. Maintain JPM treasury bonds, safekeeping and custody bonds to include distribution of interest payments/statement. Preparation and input of outgoing wires via the GFT systems.
