Job Description:

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and strategic development of the Business Valuation practice.
  • Lead and manage valuation consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client service.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, marketing materials, and web-based campaigns.
  • Collaborate with teams across offices and industry groups to strengthen consulting capabilities and practice growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships through networking, industry events, presentations, and conferences.
  • Participate in firm-wide business development and market-facing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members across valuation engagements and practice activities.
  • Apply technical expertise and business insight to support project management, client advisory, and practice development initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and enhance client experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or Master’s in Valuation preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, or ASA designation required.
  • 10 years of relevant valuation or consulting experience.
  • Experience managing multiple engagements and leading professional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and practice growth initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to thought leadership activities such as industry presentations, networking events, webinars, or professional forums preferred.
  • Experience supporting mid-market clients preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
