The First Line of Defense Financial Crimes Risk Management Center of Excellence (1LOD FC COE) is advancing an enterprise-wide approach to managing risks related to anti-money laundering, sanctions, payments controls, and anti-corruption across the First Line of Defense. The team works across business, technology, data, and compliance to strengthen governance, processes, controls, and capabilities across global lines of business.

The Financial Crimes Transformation Frameworks and Procedures team is responsible for translating complex regulatory standards and commitments into actionable first-line frameworks, business capabilities, technology requirements, remediation plans, roadmaps, and audit-ready evidence.
