We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to join our growing Early Talent team. In this role, you'll serve as Aprio's ambassador across universities throughout the Southeast, helping students discover rewarding career opportunities while building strong partnerships with career centers, faculty, and business leaders.

This is more than just filling roles. You'll own a portfolio of universities, develop recruiting strategies, foster meaningful relationships, and help shape the future talent pipeline of one of the nation's fastest-growing accounting and advisory firms.

Whether your background is in campus recruiting, admissions, career services, university relations, recruiting, event management, or another relationship-focused field, we're looking for someone who is excited about connecting great people with great opportunities.
