The Opportunity
In March 2026, Nium delivered the largest month in our 11-year history — record revenue, record volumes, and EBITDA profitability. We move nearly $60B in payments annually, almost entirely for enterprises. We are not a company approaching its peak. We are a company accelerating toward it. The Chief Payments Officer is the person who owns the infrastructure that makes all of it possible.
You will define and execute the global network strategy across 190+ countries, build and own the banking relationships that underpin our business, and lead a team of 25 specialists across four continents. You will also own Nium's roadmap for next-generation infrastructure — stablecoin rails, programmable money, real-time cross-border settlement — as we build the payments network of the next decade.
This role demands someone who thinks in systems, moves with urgency, and leads with conviction. If you want to leave a mark on how money moves around the world, this is where you do it.
