Claims Operations Manager

Manage claims policy and coverage questions. Update the Oasis claims system as necessary. Support and mentor assigned Claims support staff. Coordinate with IT for systems-related issues, including effecting changes to existing systems, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of new systems. Investigate stakeholder issues, identify root causes, and create procedures to handle them. Serve as Claims Function liaison on various committees as assigned. Audit assigned team’s work to ensure accurate, timely delivery of service to stakeholders. Provide full range of administrative office and management support. Perform other duties as assigned.
