We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team. This role will be based in Tianjin.

We will count on you to:

• First notice of loss, insurer notification and client acknowledgment
• Independently follow up routine claims and consult for clients
• Collaboration with insurers, loss adjusters and other related parties
• Data analysis and regular claims reports
• On-site claims meetings and trainings with clients
• Close in touch with business teams
• 负责接收客户出险通知并代为向保险公司正式报案
• 独立跟进客户日常赔案全流程，提供专业理赔顾问服务
• 与保险公司、公估公司及其他相关机构相互协作，共同推进赔案
• 理赔数据分析，理赔报表的定期制作与发布
• 参与现场理赔沟通会议，向客户提供必要的理赔培训
• 与业务团队保持密切联系，共同向客户提供优质保险顾问服务

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor degree or above
• Business English
• Experience in Property All Risks/Cargo/Employer’s Liability/Public Liability/Product Liability product lines
• 5+ years of Property and Casualty claims experience
• Demonstrate taking responsibility, being patient as needed and being customer oriented
• Keen sense of business environment
• Proficiency in data processing tools such as Excel and Power BI is preferred
• Service experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred
