Client Relationship Manager new

Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be the senior relationship owner for Middle East clients. The role is responsible for developing trusted adviser relationships, coordinating the delivery of IQ-EQ global services, driving revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensuring clients receive a consistent and high-quality experience across all jurisdictions and service lines. The CRM acts as the primary commercial relationship owner, mobilising subject matter experts and operational teams to deliver solutions whilst maintaining strong executive engagement.  

What you'll do

• You'll own and build relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders
• You'll develop strategic account plans focused on retention, growth and client satisfaction
• You'll identify, originate and coordinate cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all IQ-EQ service lines globally
• You'll act as the senior escalation point for client issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions
• You'll promote the full breadth of IQ-EQ services including Private Wealth, Funds, Corporate Services, Family Office, Governance, Regulatory, Compliance, Tax, Real Estate and outsourced solutions

Qualifications

• You will hold a recognised professional qualification and be a member of a relevant financial institute  
• You will have a minimum of 3+ years working within a management level role in the private equity / administration sector 
• You will hold strong experience managing client relationships/accounts and internal client stakeholders 
• You will have effective influencing skills and an ability to lead within own functional area 
• You will have an awareness and understanding of cross jurisdictional cultural differences
