As a Client Service Trade and Working Capital Manager within the Trade & Working Capital Client Service organization, you will support both implementations (onboarding, documentation, and execution support) and ongoing service (client requests, changes, and issue resolution), while building client relationships, product knowledge, and learning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle with coaching from senior leaders.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team as a day-to-day contact for client onboarding, transactions, and ongoing service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and a strong client experience
- Assist with implementation execution, including coordination, tracking timelines/action items, obtaining required documentation, and servicing clients throughout transaction lifecycle.
- Maintain/monitor service and implementation queues, triage requests, and escalate appropriately
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships by proactively engaging stakeholders, understanding client needs, and driving high levels of client satisfaction
- Draft and distribute routine client/internal communications and support creation of status reporting
- Liaise with internal partners (Relationship, Operations, Treasury Management, Sales, Product, Implementations) to progress requests and resolve issues
- Contribute to documentation and discipline: procedures, trackers, templates, and knowledge articles
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, capturing issues, and supporting change activities
- Develop trade product expertise (including exposure to complex trade concepts/transactions over time) and support senior team members on client deliverables
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in client service, operations, implementations, or a middle/back-office function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and comfort working within deadlines
- Self-directed approach, attention to detail, and sound judgment on when to escalate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort working with digital channels/electronic banking platforms
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to trade products (e.g., Letters of Credit) and/or global trade servicing
- Prior experience supporting projects (maintaining action logs, timelines, issue/risk lists)
- Experience working with stakeholders across regions/time zones (NA, LATAM, EMEA)
- Interest in process improvement and learning end-to-end implementation-to-service handoffs
