Client Service Agent

 

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

Turn the experience you already have into your first corporate career. We'll train you for what comes next. No mortgage or office experience is required. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer client questions, resolve concerns and provide solutions over the phone. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow.This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver friendly, professional and solution-focused service
• Resolve client requests via email
• Meet quality, service and performance goals

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in customer service or call center positions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work on multiple screens 

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in mortgage servicing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
