As a Client Service Analyst within our Client Service Team, you will be reporting to a Senior Associate or Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of customer service and relationship management tasks, along with operational controls for a designated client portfolio. You will act as the main service contact for each client in your portfolio, which may include operating transactional accounts and complex treasury products.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a Client Service Associate or Senior Associate to address client issues, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability for client satisfaction through effective problem ownership. 
    • Resolve issues by identifying underlying problems and patterns. 
    • Develop expertise in commercial treasury management products and services. 
    • Act as a liaison between the Relationship team, Operations, Treasury Management Sales, and Implementations to deliver exceptional service to clients, the department, and the firm. 
    • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent fraudulent account behavior and potential fraud exposure. 
    • Prioritize daily tasks to maximize productivity using strong time management and organizational skills. 
    • Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and practices. 
    • Maintain a confident and professional presence with clients, other bank departments, and the community. 
    • Contribute to projects aimed at improving client service delivery through innovation. 
    • Work independently with supervision, escalating complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests promptly.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in operations, portfolio management, accounting, technology, analytics, training, or process improvement, with some client interaction. Strong fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving & client focus: Strong analytical skills and commitment to great client service.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate work and ability to follow policies and compliance requirements.
  • Teamwork & adaptability: Comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Risk awareness: Ability to spot issues early and help reduce risk.
  • Tech/PC skills: Quick to learn new tools; proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Time management: Can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professionalism: High integrity and respectful interactions.
  • Continuous improvement: Looks for ways to improve processes and introduce better ways of working.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Project management: Experience planning/executing projects or supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • Basic coding: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or similar; willing to learn more.
  • Web development exposure: Any experience building websites or interest in web technologies.
  • Data management basics: Understanding of systems used to store and organize data.
  • Cloud fundamentals: Some exposure to cloud services/tools; motivated to grow skills.
  • Project tracking tools: Familiarity with tools used to track work, changes, and progress (or willingness to learn).
  • Project/design software: Experience with project management and/or design tools; adaptable to new tools.
