Client Service Specialist

 

LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

As a Call Center Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls, helping answer questions, solve problems and provide support when it's needed most. Through strong communication, attention to detail and a positive attitude, you'll help build trust with our clients while contributing to our mission of making homeownership more accessible across the country.This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver friendly, professional and solution-focused service
• Resolve client requests via email
• Answer client questions and resolve concerns efficiently
• Research issues and identify the best path forward for clients
• Accurately document conversations and updates in company systems
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while speaking with clients
• Collaborate with teammates and business partners to solve problems
• Meet quality, service and performance goals
• Continue learning through coaching, training and professional development opportunities

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and working across multiple screens
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in mortgage servicing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
