Client Services Specialist, Defined Contributionnew

SEI Investments Company · Other

We are looking for a proactive DC Client Services Specialist who will play a key relationship role, taking ownership of the management, development and day-to-day delivery of a high-quality service to our Master Trust clients as we continue to grow and partner with new clients.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have developed strong foundations in a client-facing, pensions or financial services role and are looking for an opportunity to accelerate their career in client relationship management. You may not yet have extensive DC client management experience, but you will demonstrate a proactive approach, take ownership of your work, look for opportunities to add value and have a genuine desire to learn and develop. For us, attitude, initiative and potential are just as important as technical experience.

As a key member of the DC Client Team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across SEI and our external partners to anticipate client needs, take ownership of actions and see them through to completion, and help deliver the high-touch, “white-glove” service that we aim to provide to our clients. You will enjoy building relationships and be motivated to take on increasing responsibility, developing over time into a trusted partner to our clients.

What you will do:

›        You will proactively support all aspects of SEI’s service delivery to DC clients, taking ownership of actions, coordinating activity across SEI and acting as a strong client advocate.

›        You will understand and anticipate clients’ evolving needs, identifying potential issues and opportunities and engaging the DC Proposition Team and wider business in a timely and constructive way.

›        You will help our DC clients deliver their member communication strategies, including supporting member engagement sessions through webinars and face-to-face meetings, and working with colleagues and suppliers to ensure communications are clear, accurate and delivered on time.

›        You will support the growth of our DC business, contributing to consultant meetings and the process of converting new opportunities into long-term client relationships.

›        You will attend and contribute to client meetings, ensuring agreed actions, issues and follow-ups are clearly owned, recorded and progressed through to completion.

›        You will keep abreast of relevant legislative, governance and administration developments and work with the team to understand and manage their impact on clients and our service.

›        You will contribute to new business opportunities and support new client implementations, taking ownership of assigned workstreams and identifying and escalating risks or dependencies at an early stage.

›        You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining strong and effective relationships and helping to ensure high-quality services are delivered to our clients.

›        You will develop strong relationships with clients and their professional advisers, building trust through responsiveness, ownership and consistently high-quality delivery, with the aim of becoming a trusted partner to our clients.
