Why Join
As a key member of our Corporate Banking client servicing team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our corporate clients. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers to deliver seamless transactional services, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of transactions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and mitigating potential risks.
What you do
1. Daily fixing of loan rates with clients within the assigned portfolio.
2. Monitoring of daily excesses and handling of transaction exceptions (e.g. GIRO, cheques) under the assigned portfolio of clients.
3. Attending to clients’ inquiries and requests for all loan drawdown, rollovers, repayments; fixed deposit placements, rollovers, withdrawals; funds transfer, foreign exchange transactions and other operational matters, including arranging for statements/advices to clients.
4. Handling of account mandate updates and facilitating trade-related transactions.
5. Handling of matters relating to dormant accounts, undelivered mails, call back process, and reviewing of non-registered contacts listing jointly with Relationship Managers.
6. Handling of audit confirmation/bank reference letter
7. Performing system updates (e.g. C2C)
8. Ad-hoc projects, reporting, and other operational duties including administrative support, as may be assigned from time to time.
9. Overall, to work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders, to deliver a superior client servicing experience.
Who you are
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
Experience in client servicing and/or Operations within Banking industry preferred
Independent, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
Good written and oral communication skills, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Meticulous, with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Team player
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
