Job Description
COMMERCIAL BANK OFFICER
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience and a proven track record of business development
- Ability to build a rapport with customers
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain commercial real estate and commercial/industrial loan portfolios
- Prospect and source lending opportunities
- Manage an active pipeline while maintaining an existing portfolio
- Effectively negotiate loan structuring and pricing of credit extensions
- Emphasize sound underwriting with proper loan documentation and compliance
- Deliver high quality credit presentations
- Guide customers through the loan application process and provide exceptional customer service
