We are looking for a motivated and analytical Compensation & Benefits Apprentice to join our international HR team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics,
and reward programs within a global environment.

The Compensation & Benefits Apprentice supports the team on all compensation, benefits and long-term incentive topics.

Responsibilities:

Compensation
 

  • Assist in preparing compensation analyses and reports.
  • Maintain and update compensation databases, salary ranges, and job information.
  • Participate in salary benchmarking activities and market survey submissions.
  • Support activities related to pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.
    Benefits
  • Assist in reviewing the benefits strategy
  • Help prepare communication materials to promote employee benefits and well-being initiatives.
  • Support IAS 19 and other benefits-related financial or regulatory reporting activities when required.

    Long-Term incentives

  • Support the administration of LTI plans, including grant preparation, eligibility and employee-data validation, award documentation, communications and ongoing plan events.
  • Contribute to the budget exercise
    HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare regular dashboards and HR metrics using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support data quality reviews and reporting activities.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and presentations for HR and management teams.
     

    Project & Team Support
     

  • Assist with global and regional Compensation & Benefits projects.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and project documentation.
  • Support coordination of meetings with HR teams across EMEA.
  • Maintain documentation, guidelines, and process materials.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics,
    or a related field.
  • Looking for an apprenticeship starting in September.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/EQUIV, data analysis).
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about Compensation & Benefits.
