Corporate Controller

We are looking to add a Corporate Controller to our team. In this role you will oversee the accounting function responsible for general ledger accounting, financial close, reconciliations, and accounting compliance. This role establishes functional priorities and operating plans, manages accounting teams through subordinate leaders, and maintains accounting policies and controls that support accurate and timely financial reporting. The Corporate Controller evaluates financial results, complex accounting matters, internal controls, and operational performance to ensure accounting activities comply with applicable standards and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, technically strong accounting leader with experience in complex multi entity environment  and exposure to SEC reporting and SOX controls.

This position requires an experienced accounting leader with deep knowledge of financial reporting, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls, and audit requirements. The Corporate Controller partners cross-functionally with finance, operations, program management, and other business functions to address financial matters, improve accounting processes, and provide senior leadership with accurate and meaningful financial information.
