Role Description

Support Relationship Manager, to be based in Gurgaon (India), and managing and servicing corporate client relationships, across North and East India

Your key responsibilities

• Support in client coverage and origination to identify opportunities and structure solutions in coordination with product partners across the corporate bank product suite.  
• Ability to undertake dialogues with the right contents to originate business opportunity, adding value to clients to support their business growth. 
• Close coordination with global and local country relationship bankers to ensure integrated and seamless coverage for our clients
• Ability to service clients and take ownership of end to end execution of client transactions 
• Client centricity, deepen relationships and wallet share with existing clients as well as actively developing new client relationships. 
• Advise clients, provide insights into the latest macroeconomic, geopolitical issue and regulatory trends in Asia impacting our clients and the industry they operate in.
• Keep abreast of developments in the client business and the industry ecosystem, and manage risks within the portfolio  

Your skills and experience

• Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance relationships with clients.
• Track record in being able to understand the strategic priorities of our clients and provide holistic corporate banking solutions to achieve their objectives 
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions to execute transactions.
• Knowledge in credit risk management and ESG frameworks in relation to corporates.
• Educational qualification - Chartered Accountant, or an MBA from a good institute
• Deep understanding of the corporate business environment, regulatory and market trends across Asia with industry specific knowledge.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
