As a Transactions Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will have a direct impact on our team and department, ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes. You will leverage your knowledge of transaction management to identify and resolve issues, guided by established practices and procedures. Your role will involve providing management with data and analytics to assist with targeted coaching and mentoring of Specialists and enhancing customer experience. You will also be expected to think strategically, fostering innovation and team building. Your proficiency in artificial intelligence and automation will be crucial in optimizing our transaction processes. Furthermore, your ability to interpret and communicate data will help us make informed decisions that drive impact. Your role is essential in maintaining our commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.

Job responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with Client Service and remote locations for trade finance products (including Supply Chain Financing, Guarantee/SBLC, BAD Discounting, Trade Loan) booking

  • Strictly follow Standard Operation Procedure to ensure the processing of all trade transactions are in compliance with law, ICC Rules, regulations, JPM’s policy and Services Standard of the Division

  • Investigate and answer inquiries from both internal and external clients, and maintain proper record

  • Timely escalate for any issues with potential risk or loss

  • Assist operation manager in dealing with external & internal affairs and participate in relevant projects and other ad hoc events as required 

  • Produce regulatory report

  • Utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize transaction processes and improve efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  
  • College graduate or above 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of Trade Finance working experience at foreign bank 

  • Solid understanding of relevant PBOC/NFRA/SAFE regulation

  • Knowledge on URDG, AML and OFAC regulations

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin 

  • Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

  •  Demonstrated ability to utilize artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize processes and improve efficiency
