Within Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA, we are looking for a proactive and highly motivated professional to join the Corporate Secretariat and Legal Entity Governance function in Zurich. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Board of Directors, Executive Management and senior stakeholders, supporting the governance framework of Deutsche Bank in Switzerland.

As part of the Swiss COO Team, the successful candidate will contribute to key governance activities, senior decision-making processes and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role provides exceptional exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to build a broad network across the bank.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, coordination and administration of Board, Management Committee and other key governance meetings.

• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, resolutions and governance documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.

• Maintain corporate records and support the management of legal entity governance activities for Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA.

• Act as a point of contact for Corporate Secretariat-related matters and coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders.

• Support governance reviews, annual governance cycles and regulatory deliverables in collaboration with senior executives.

• Monitor governance actions and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes, controls and documentation standards.

• Support the Swiss COO Team on selected business, regulatory and strategic initiatives.

Skills

• Experience within Corporate Secretariat, Corporate Governance, Legal Entity Governance, Business Management, COO Office or a related function, preferably within Financial Services.

• Understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements within a banking or financial services environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and executive management.

• Proactive, solution-oriented and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach across teams.

• University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.

• Fluency in English is required; German and/or French would be considered an advantage.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated outputs.
